Refund & Cancellation Policy

This public beta policy explains current billing behavior. It is not legal advice and does not replace the checkout terms shown by Lemon Squeezy or your payment provider.
Free plan
The Free plan includes 3 lifetime articles. Free usage does not reset monthly and does not create overage charges.
Paid plan limits
Blogger Base includes 25 articles per billing period, Publisher Pro includes 100 articles per billing period, and Agency Elite includes 300 articles per billing period. Paid usage resets according to the Lemon Squeezy billing period for the subscription.
No overage billing
IdeaToPress does not automatically bill overages. If you reach your article, connected-site, or active-job limit, generation or connection actions may pause until your limit resets, you upgrade, or support helps with capacity.
Cancellation
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Your paid access remains available until that period ends, unless the subscription is unpaid, disputed, or otherwise inactive. The app may email a secure confirmation link before cancellation is finalized.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades from one paid plan to another use the existing Lemon Squeezy subscription when available. Your upgraded package starts fresh, while existing articles remain in your history. Lemon Squeezy may calculate prorated charges for the rest of the current billing period. Self-service downgrades are not available during beta; contact support so the change can be handled without disrupting active usage.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed by support and may also depend on Lemon Squeezy or payment processor rules. We do not promise automatic refunds. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with your account email, plan name, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, tokens, or private billing links.
Receipts and billing emails
Lemon Squeezy may send checkout confirmations, receipts, subscription emails, or payment-status notices. IdeaToPress plan access updates after payment or subscription changes are confirmed.
